How the brand started

Founder Mary Grace Dimacali started baking fruitcakes and birthday cakes in the 1990s before officially turning her passion into what it is today. Small batches were sold at local bazaars before the brand blossomed into its first stall in 2002.
Today, the brand boasts over 140 outlets across the Philippines and is adored nationwide for its homemade, delicious goodness. Its famous bakes are made fresh using 100% real butter and eggs and are entirely free from artificial colouring, additives, or preservatives.
When and where will Mary Grace open in Singapore?

The beloved bakery and cafe chain is set to make its Lion City debut in the first half of 2026! Mary Grace is now hard at work prepping its first international outlet in Singapore.
While the exact opening date and location are still under wraps, the Singapore branch is expected to be a full-service cafe. Look forward to the bestsellers from its Manila menus as well as a selection of Singapore-exclusive offerings.
Fans can also expect a warm, inviting space, similar to its beloved cafes in the Philippines. Every corner is an invitation for visitors to slow down, unwind, and take a break from life’s hustle and bustle. Picture the comforting aroma of freshly baked goodies and that oh-so-familiar heartfelt Filipino hospitality. We can’t wait!
What to expect on the menu

We’re talking the iconic Mary Grace cheese rolls and ensaymadas, as well as signature cakes like Mango Bene (frozen layers of meringue, cream, and mango chunks), chocolate rum tiramisu, and other sweet treats, all available in Singapore soon!
While the pastries steal the spotlight, the brand is also known for savoury comfort food.
