Home to plenty of organic produce and exclusive products, Curly’s at Dempsey features a market and a family-friendly dining experience.
Curly’s is Dempsey Hill’s freshest face, taking up 8,000 sq ft of space for its sleek grocer-restaurant concept. If you love shopping at a fancy supermarket in Singapore and you’ve got a plump bank account, this will be your new go-to. Taking some inspiration from Erewhon, the viral, celebrity-favourite LA natural foods grocery store with Hailey Bieber smoothies and jaw-dropping prices, Curly’s aims for ethical sourcing, organic produce, and sustainable food consumption. Here’s what it has in store.

Curly’s Market: Natural, sustainable and organic

One of the main draws of Curly’s is its market, a curated collection of produce grown at its partner farm in Brunei and ingredients sourced from small, independent producers. If you only eat organic, you’ll be happy to know that over 90% of Curly’s farm partners are certified organic, from Japan to Australia to Brunei.
As part of the Ebb & Flow Group, it brings in first-to-market global producers like Amedei (bean-to-bar chocolate from Italy), Taje (gourmet amlou spreads from Morocco), and Goolwa Pipi (sustainably harvested pipis from Australia).
Some of Curly’s exclusive products include Kajiya wagyu beef from Japan, La Plantation’s Kampot spices from Cambodia, and Korea’s Mr Milk dairy products alongside Wooyeonmot’s Jeju organic tea.
Curly’s Creations: Surplus produce made into meals for takeaway

Not one for food wastage, Curly’s takes surplus or specialty produce and turns it into ready-to-eat meals, sauces, and condiments. All minimally processed and lower in sugar and sodium, of course. Goods on the shelf include chilli crunch made with olive oil, young ginger, orange peel, and Szechuan peppercorns, as well as pork collagen soup and grass-fed beef bone stock.
P.S. you might even see a Singaporean version of Erewhon’s Hailey Bieber smoothie made with local ingredients at the bakery.
Curly’s Dining: Communal gatherings from breakfast to dinner

From breakfast to lunch and dinner with cocktails, Curly’s dining experience at Dempsey offers a choice of indoor or outdoor seating. The place also houses a pet-friendly garden, which is great for families.
In the morning, start your day with comfort food like kaya toast (by Chin Mee Chin) and Jeju abalone porridge, or go for western faves such as French toast with organic maple syrup. For a grab-and-go, pop by the bakery to pick up Guinness beef pies, sausage rolls, sourdough croissants, and cardamom buns.
Lunch and dinner menus feature more salads and mains, with signatures like pork porchetta, prawn dumpling, roasted chicken, pork lard fried rice, and more. Oh, and Curly’s shares an urban farm with next-door neighbour Atout, which means ingredients used in its dishes, including lady’s finger, lemon, cherry tomatoes, and rosemary, are all farm-fresh.
If you can’t resist a cocktail at dinner, Curly’s line-up is curated by consulting bartender June Baek (of Hup San Social Club). Focusing on fruits and veggies, the drinks twist classics, with creations like tea-based martinis and sparkling spritzes.
Look out for more activities in 2026, such as cooking workshops, weekend markets, and chef showcases at Curly’s!
