Got the cravings for a succulent piece of meat? Head down to SKIRT at W Singapore – Sentosa Cove to dine on masterchef-worthy set dinner featuring grilled steak, pork, lamb or fish.
Whether you like to chomp on it rare or well-done, there’s no denying that when it comes to a meaty feast, nothing beats a good ol’ slab of steak. And you don’t need to scoot all the way to California to have your fill; SKIRT at W Singapore, is bringing the fun and fillets to you via Route 88.
Not to be confused with the iconic American highway, Route 88 is a new steak dinner set that just opened up on its pro-carnivore menu, which normally boasts specialties like grain-fed wagyu, grass-fed Hereford, and USDA corn-fed Angus. SKIRT fires these up while applying South American grilling techniques (using the “parrilla” and the “asador”), and it’s run by Chef de Cuisine, Larry Koh, who’s had experience working at Michelin star restaurants – so you know that your meat is in good hands.
Now available Mondays to Thursdays, the Route 88 menu will roll out a three-course signature steak dinner, where you get to choose from four different options for the main course – a duo of wagyu beef, pork, lamb or fish. And don’t think you’ve seen everything once you’ve given the menu a glance; we’ve been told that the Route 88 menu changes every week (talk about a detour)! By the way, Route 88 isn’t closed off to veggie eaters; there’s a vegetarian option too, so all your ravenous mates can join in on this road… we mean, food trip.
SKIRT, Sentosa Cove 21 Ocean Way, Singapore 098374, p. 6808 7278. SKIRT Route 88 dinner is available from Monday to Thursday, 6pm-10pm, priced at SGD88++.
