Cezanne Beige Tone Eyeshadow
J-beauty fans will know why Cezanne is a cult favourite. It’s also wallet-friendly yet does the job well – what’s not to love? Its latest beige tone eyeshadow is yet another product to rave about. The soft powder is easy to blend over the lids and is a true lifesaver when you’re rushing in the morning. It also comes in three versatile glitter shades, whether you’re gunning for a 3D effect or subtle definition. And can we talk about the colours? Choose among five neutral palettes that are wearable for daily makeup, with options for both warm and cool tone girlies.

Grandeprimer Pre-Mascara Lengthener & Thickener
Are those lengthening mascaras just not cutting it anymore? We get it. All we want are voluminous lashes without struggling with finicky falsies. But more often than not, we’re left disappointed by a mascara that doesn’t deliver on lift or volume. However, Grande Cosmetics might’ve just solved all these problems. Its Grandeprimer is a pre-mascara lengthener and thickener that coats your lashes to give them that much-needed boost, lifting your lashes almost instantly.
I noticed a major difference immediately after applying the Grandeprimer, and I didn’t even have to use an eyelash curler! The peptide formula is white, so it’s easy to make sure all your lashes are properly coated. After the Grandeprimer’s done all the heavy lifting, simply apply your favourite mascara over it and you’re good to go. Hot tip: we recommend only putting one or two coats of the pre-mascara so it doesn’t clump your lashes together.

It Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Full Coverage Concealer
Hands up if you’re a chronic sufferer of dark eye bags and need all the help you can get! As a fellow eye bag sufferer, of course, I had to give this best-selling concealer a try. Said to offer full coverage for up to 24 hours, the concealer promises to conceal and colour correct dark eye circles, skin redness, age spots and broken capillaries. And thanks to the hydrating ingredients, it won’t crease or crack.
On first impression, it has a tackier consistency compared to typical concealers. I’d recommend working quickly so the concealer can be blended well before it dries. Coverage-wise, a little product goes a long way. I’m quite impressed by how pigmented it is – it added instant brightness to my undereyes. The coverage (coupled with the use of a colour corrector) holds up pretty well throughout the day and I’m happy to report minimal creasing or cracking. While the price is pretty steep for 12ml, it’s worth a try if you’re still hunting for your ultimate go-to.

Browhaus Lash Resurrection
I keep my eye game super low-maintenance – just eyeliner and the occasional mascara swipe are the most I’ll do. Falsies? No, thanks. But let’s be real, who doesn’t want naturally fuller, longer lashes? Enter this Lash Resurrection treatment that gives you all the volume without the hassle of falsies.
It’s a non-invasive treatment that uses a micro-tip to deliver a powerful lash growth serum straight to the source – your follicles. Think of it as giving your lashes a boost from the inside out. Each session starts with a thorough cleanse of your eye area, followed by exfoliation using high-frequency vibrations (ngl, this is pretty relaxing) to clear away dead skin and unclog those follicles. Then, a micro-applicator is used to carefully dab a regrowth serum directly onto your lash line.
The treatment finishes with a warm, soothing eye mask that forces you into a mini nap. My lashes were naturally curled but sparse and uneven before, so I wasn’t expecting much. But after three sessions? I noticed significant growth in length and fuller lashes.
Here’s the catch: you’ll need to stay consistent with the Extend Lash & Brow Growth Serum post-treatment. You start applying it three days later, carefully swiping a thin layer along your upper and lower lash lines. Heads up: it can sting if you’re not precise (I speak from experience). I recommend going for the three-session package at $756 for noticeable results!

Postcard Secluded Lagoon Facial Oil
As someone with oily skin, the thought of using facial oil seems counterintuitive and unnecessary. Why would I want to add more oil to my face and worsen the problem? But after being influenced by friends who swear by facial oils, I decided to add something new to my routine. What did I have to lose (besides my clear complexion)?
Thankfully, my worries were for nought. After a few weeks of using Postcard’s Secluded Lagoon facial oil, I was convinced of its magical abilities. The oil smelled amazing as I slathered a thin layer on my face to wrap up my skincare routine. Although I was sceptical, I woke up with pleasantly smooth and supple skin. I also found that my skin became less oily overall.

Romand Glasting Melting Balm
This Korean makeup brand always delivers when it comes to lip products – and this lip balm has officially made it to my list of top 10 favourites. Mega moisturising, the lip balm glides smoothly on the lips and leaves a smooth watery glow for that juicy lips look. I tried the rosy fig shade, Kaya Fig, which gives this natural-looking mauve colour that’s perfect for everyday wear. As with most lip balms, re-application is unavoidable so don’t expect a long-lasting stain from morning to night.

Krave Beauty Matcha Heartleaf Hydrating Cleanser
I’m not the biggest fan of matcha in my drink, but matcha in my skincare? Sign me up! This gel cleanser is great for acne-prone and combination skin. With its jelly-like texture, thanks to coconut-derived surfactants, it sweeps away dirt and grime without stripping your skin’s natural moisture. Glycerin and sodium PCA draw in hydration from the air, leaving your skin quenched and clean.
Heartleaf is used to offer anti-inflammatory benefits and soothe stressed out skin. Matcha helps your skin recover from oxidative stress like UV exposure and pollution, and it’s packed with antioxidants for that healthy glow. Cleanse away, bestie!
Krave Beauty Matcha Heartleaf Hydrating Cleanser, $26, available online and at Sephora
Dr. Dennis Gross Alpha Beta Extra Strength Peel
This daily peel is a skincare game changer. With seven acids, antioxidants, and vitamins, it delivers smoother, glowing skin in just four minutes. I love how it instantly lifts away dead skin, excess oil, and impurities, revealing a brighter complexion. With regular use, I’ve noticed smaller pores, fading lines, and a more even tone. Plus, it makes the rest of my skincare absorb better, and my makeup goes on like a dream.
The price might be a bit steep, but here’s the good news: you don’t have to use it every day. I keep it for those moments when my skin needs a quick pick-me-up or before a special occasion. While acne scars take time to fade, this peel smooths out any rough texture and leaves my skin looking healthy and radiant. It’s a splurge, but it’s absolutely worth it. Got sensitive skin? Start with the Universal Daily Peel or Ultra Gentle Daily Peel.
Dr. Dennis Gross Alpha Beta Extra Strength Peel, $155 for 30 pieces, available online and at Sephora
Freshian Sensual Lip Balm
If you’re an avid follower of all things K-beauty, you’ll know about the viral egg-like cushion foundation. I was excited to try the tinted lip balm, especially since the cushion foundation shades don’t suit my skin tone. The balm comes in eight dewy shades and is packed with vegan-friendly ingredients like shea butter, macadamia oil, and madecassoside for hydration.
I tried the shade 07 passion, a deep burgundy colour which was unfortunately too sheer on my dark purplish lips. I get that they wanted to stick to the egg theme but the dome shape makes it look like a giant crayon and is difficult to apply on the lips. While it hydrates on application, it requires frequent reapplication for lasting moisture and colour payoff. I’d say stick to the famous cushion foundation and opt for a more affordable lip tint elsewhere.
Freshian Sensual Lip Balm, $32, available online via Shopee
Ipsum Alii Skin Refining Gel
Behold, this Skin Refining Gel from J-beauty brand Ipsum Alii is a gentle yet powerful alternative to harsh exfoliators, making it a go-to for sensitive skin. Infused with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory Kampo herbs, it calms irritation and brightens your complexion. The magic lies in the KI element, which enhances blood circulation and delicately lifts away dead skin cells, allowing your skin to naturally renew itself.
I use this about two to three times a week, massaging in circular motions. What comes next is equally gross and satisfying. As you rub it in, the gel works like an eraser, lifting off dead skin cells in tiny, satisfying bits. Just rinse it off, and voila—polished, refreshed skin awaits!
Ipsum Alii Skin Refining Gel, $88, available online
Cerm Skin 20% Stabilized Vitamin C Serum
Raise your hand if you’re a serum enthusiast – I’m right there with you! At one point, I was layering up to four serums a day, riding the serum cocktail wave (thanks, Drunk Elephant). But let’s shift gears to Cerm Skin, another serum expert with clean, powerhouse formulas. Among the 10 serums, the Vitamin C serum is a standout, featuring ethyl ascorbic acid, a stable, deep-penetrating form of Vitamin C that’s less irritating than its L-ascorbic counterpart.
The serum has that familiar Vitamin C scent, but it vanishes in seconds. The formula glides on smoothly and absorbs quickly. With a blend of antioxidant heroes like broccoli, turmeric root, and pineapple extracts, my skin feels healthier and more radiant, with a noticeable fading of hyperpigmentation around my sideburns and mouth.
Cerm Skin 20% Stabilized Vitamin C Serum, $23, available online and at Robinsons
Su:m 37 Water-full Time Leap Water Gel Cream
This Korean skincare brand has always been a hit in my books and its moisturiser is no exception. This water gel cream, powered by an upgraded Aqua Ferm that boasts all-day hydration, tackles skin moisture burnout like a pro, leaving my complexion hydrated, firm, and completely non-sticky. It glides on like butter, no matter how much you apply, and instantly leaves my skin feeling plump and refreshed. Plus, it preps my skin perfectly for smooth makeup application.
Su:m 37 Water-full Time Leap Water Gel Cream, $99 for 50ml, available online and at Tangs
Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution Lipstick in Cinematic Red
Introducing Charlotte Tilbury’s Hollywood Reds! These matte lipsticks are here to steal the spotlight with their hydrating yet intense colour payoff. The award-winning Matte Revolution formula features contour-defining pigments that create a bold 3D effect.
Now, a little tip from me: although this matte formula is marketed as hydrating, it can still be a bit drying, so make sure to prep your lips with a balm first. The colour is vibrant, but it does transfer so you might need a touch-up throughout the day.
As someone with brown skin, I’m loving this cherry red shade. It adds just the right amount of pop without feeling too bold for everyday wear. And can we talk about that sultry red packaging? It’s as va-va-voom as the shade itself.
Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution Lipstick, $55, available online and at Sephora
Kosas Wet Lip Oil Plumping Treatment Gloss
This peptide lip treatment promises a lot – plumping, hydration, and a juicy pop of colour – all wrapped up in a vegan, non-sticky formula. With hyaluronic acid, peptides, and evening primrose oil, it’s designed to visibly plump, smooth, and firm your lips over time, while offering a high-shine, vinyl finish.
I tried the Unbuttoned-Soft Warm Blush shade, a universal pink nude with pink glitter for extra shimmer. It’s versatile enough to wear alone or layered over matte lipstick. However, I’m not fully sold on the value. The plumping effect isn’t as noticeable as I’d hoped, and the small applicator makes it tedious to apply. While the pink glitter adds a lovely shine, it leaves a slightly rough texture. Overall, it’s a decent lip gloss, but as a plumping treatment, it falls short.
Kosas Wet Lip Oil Plumping Treatment Gloss, $35, available online and at Sephora
