Come 4 November, four internationally acclaimed chefs will showcase four distinctive cuisines to a crowd of appreciative diners over the course of 20 gut-busting days – now these are the kind numbers we wouldn’t mind crunching. The stellar line-up is a veritable who’s who of the culinary world: expect chefs from Michelin-starred restaurants like The Hand and Flowers (London), Can Fabes (Barcelona), Bo Innovation (Hong Kong), and the award-winning Mozaic (Bali). And if you like your gourmet meals with a side of art, 4 x FOUR has that part covered as well. The pop-up restaurant will also feature light projection art and a specially-curated collection of contemporary art installations by local artists.
