Shanghai Bao Jiao Dian
Shanghai Bao Jiao Dian is a family-run dumpling place in Hung Hom that specialises in “Bao” (buns) and “Jiao” (dumplings). Their dumplings have the softest, thinnest and most delicate dumpling skin, yet they won’t break apart when you lift them up with chopsticks. The vegetarian dumplings are filled with pak choi, big chunks of shiitake mushrooms, and Chinese fungus with a touch of sesame oil. Definitely a hidden dumpling gem in Hong Kong!
