2. Stay active with online fitness classes

With lockdown in place, some fitness institutions in Hong Kong have released exclusive deals to help you get moving. One of which is F45 Live, the online version of F45 Training. From acclaimed operas and classical works, to contemporary ballet and theatre, the 50th Hong Kong Arts Festival (HKAF) simply has it all. Its extensive online programme even allows you to enjoy a variety of shows in the safety and comfort of your own home!
