1. Nike Training Club
The Nike Training Club app will help your fitness habits stick! Complete a simple sign-up and discover a whole range of free yoga classes and workout tips, tricks, and techniques from a range of professional trainers. You can filter the classes based on your fitness level, from; beginner, intermediate, and advanced.

2. lululemon
If you’re an avid fan of their activewear, you’ll appreciate the brand even more for their free YouTube workout and yoga videos. From yin and yang, to sound baths, and cardio, the workout videos are short but effective and most don’t require equipment.

3. Flye Fitness
Hong Kong’s very own Flye Fitness has taken to video so that you can do their amazing cardio fitness classes at home. Slip into your leotard (ha!) and get ready for a mix of dance cardio, HIIT and Bollywood choreography, as you sweat your way to a lean and toned body.
The workouts target your full body while helping to build cardiovascular endurance and it’s possible to burn up to 900 Calories per workout! New videos will be coming out every week and best of all, they cost just $9.88 each.

4. FitFusion by Jillian Michaels
You know her from putting contestants through their paces on The Biggest Loser, and now you can try her tough-loving fitness workouts for yourself. FitFusion is an online subscription service that gives you access to a range of different workouts including: yoga, cardio and strength training, boxing and pre/post-natal workouts.
