The Art of Sleeping Well with Aromatherapy Associates
Throughout the month of June, the fab team at CÉ LA VI are bringing you a wellness programme that focuses on the four pillars of well being, from fitness and food to spirituality and healing. As part of this, they’ve partnered with Aromatherapy Associates (and little old us!) to create an event that is exclusively free to Honeycombers Hong Kong readers, now you can’t say we don’t treat you good!
Lead by the Head of Spa Management and Training for Aromatherapy Asia, Lynsey Woolliscroft, spend your lunch break on Tuesday 19 June with us in the Club Lounge at CÉ LA VI and invest 60 minutes in your sleep health!
So what’s gonna happen?
We’re going to start this workshop with an inhalation of some of Aromatherapy Association’s leading essential oils, all carefully selected Lynsey by herself, helping you to unwind and relax as you take in the views of the city from one of the most amazing penthouses in Hong Kong.
Next, you’ll learn about the key ingredients in essential oils that help to aid good sleep, and of course Lynsey will be filling you in on some great ways for you to sleep better, and we’re not just talking about counting sheep!
