In conjunction with World Gourmet Summit 2014, get a taste of Chef Degeimbre’s culinary masterpieces of French cuisine with a hint of Asian influence at The White Rabbit. Working with the restaurant’s Head Chef, Benjamin Tan, the special four-day lunch and dinner menus will consist of innovative dishes like Smoked Eel with Foie Gras Mousse and Bular Souffle, Scallops with Daikon and Citrus,and the Michelin-starred Chef’s take on Bo Ssam, the Korean classic pork belly.
