The first edition of Chef In Residence is off to a flying start, with Reuben Davis taking the reins as executive chef. Chef Davis has almost two decades of culinary experience in the world’s top restaurants. Some of his career highlights include working under the legendary chef Jason Atherton at Maze in London, and helming Michelin-starred restaurants like Sat Bains in the UK. From now till 31 October 2024, get ready to indulge in chef Davis’ signature blend of bold yet comforting creations.
Every three months, The Chef In Residence programme will welcome another esteemed culinary star in its rotating line-up of chefs. 2. Savour exquisite culinary creations with bubbly

Cast your gaze on standout lunch dishes such as compressed watermelon topped with feta, mint, toasted sesame and radish, as well as grilled white snapper fillet with torched bell pepper and smoked paprika lemon. Come dinner time, sink your teeth into indulgent mains, including saltgrass lamb rack with ratatouille and zucchini, and pepper-crusted tuna loin served with bonito mayonnaise and strawberry sauce vierge.
