Taking place on 12 July, 100% Adrenaline: Pure Fitness Challenge is an epic two-hour workout session with three explosive, high-impact challenges to choose from. If you’re always on the lookout for a high-octane workout to test your strength, agility, and endurance, this is it, people!
Challenge #1: Cycle For Survival
Hop on for a wild bike ride like no other: Cycle For Survival is indoor spinning challenge that’ll get your heart pumping and legs screaming for mercy – set to the tune of the hottest tracks of RPM™ history.
Challenge #2: Survive The Medley
Survive The Medley is your fast track to personal peak condition with an insane ‘mad-ley’ of BODYCOMBAT™ and Circuit Blitz™, which promises to deliver the pulse-raising workout of a lifetime!
Challenge #3: Fight For Survival
With a name like that, you just know that this is no walk in the park. Fight For Survival is total body conditioning sweat-out designed by professional combat experts, which combines mobility drills, mixed martial arts elements, and crossfit-style exercises. If you’re up for it, you can even strut your stuff in the ring in a special edition of the Members VS Trainers showdown.
