
In the shadow of Africa’s highest peaks, a new generation of Tanzanian girls struggles to overcome poverty and inequality. Watch how a group of young Australian women set out to raise money and awareness by taking on a challenge of new heights!
It began as a movement to offer a helping hand, which turned into a journey for two groups of young women that will trek together to reach for the top of one of the highest mountains in Africa, Mount Meru (at an astounding 14,997 feet!).
A touching film that reminds everyone that betterment of our own lives lie in our hands, and that by empowering the girls of today, we ensure a brighter future for the women of tomorrow.
Tickets are $25 each, with proceeds going to the Peaks Foundation, a non-profit organization that raises funds for local female-focused initiatives.
