If you’re a food-lovin’ globetrotter, make time for the New South Wales (NSW) Food & Wine Festival, Taste of Sydney, and Orange F.O.O.D Week – three upcoming food festivals happening in the state of New South Wales.
The NSW Food & Wine Festival (7 February to 1 March 2015) is first up on the list. The annual event celebrates the region’s finest produce and wine, so look forward to tasting seasonal items, sampling fine wine, trying street food, and enjoying high tea and brunches at signature festivals around Sydney, including the SMH Growers’ Market and Lunar Markets at Pyrmont Bay Park, and Sydney Cellar Door at Hyde Park South.

Have that fangirl moment with Taste of Sydney (12 to 15 March 2015), where you can get up close and personal with the country’s top chefs and rising stars as you partake in cooking workshops, seminars, tastings, and learn the stories behind more than 100 artisan producers. New this year is the Platinum Garden Bar – an exclusive area where you can chill out to live music and a bottle of Champagne. Last year’s line-up included highlights like Chur Burger, Jonah’s, and 4Fourteen, so we definitely can’t wait to see what’s in store for this edition.
In April, there’s the 10-day Orange F.O.O.D Week (10 to 19 April 2015), where you get to explore the regional centre of Orange in New South Wales. Featuring over 60 events, get acquainted with the region’s fresh flavours and the people responsible for creating them. Don’t miss signature happenings like the F.O.O.D Week Night Market and the 100 Mile Dinner.
