From 2 to 11 October, race fever climbs 52 floors as Sushisamba Singapore rolls out a limited-edition line-up created for the city’s biggest race weekend. The collection features three race-inspired cocktails – Lights Out, Lift & Coast and Pole Position ($25 each) – alongside two Red Bull mocktails ($16 each) and the Maki Race Roll ($34), combining salmon, avocado, jalapeño and spicy kimchi sauce.
