In celebration of World Sake Day, Samba & Sake brings together four expressions of sake with Sushisamba signatures spanning its Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian influences. Available throughout October, the $188++ pairing menu features dishes including lobster taquitos, Samba nigiri sushi, Chilean sea bass anticuchos and Australian Angus tenderloin, alongside pours including the restaurant’s own Ryuto x Sushisamba junmai daiginjo.
At the bar, guests can also discover two sake cocktails made with Kay Sake: Kay Minto, with Lillet Blanc and Menthe de Pastille, and Kayori, with Grey Goose, lavender, lemon and soda. Both are available throughout October at $18 during Sunset Hour from 6pm to 7pm, and $24 thereafter.
