When Kuo Pao Kun and Goh Lay Kuan founded The Theatre Practice, it began with a simple desire: to create a space that nurtures and empowers. Sixty years on, that spirit lives on through the thousands of artists, students and supporters (aka our “Jian Rens”), who continue to help build this vibrant, ever-evolving kampung.
To celebrate, we’re throwing our doors wide open for 𝟲𝟬 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁. Reunion? Party? Non-stop hangout? It’s a bit of everything lah! Expect open-mic karaoke and archival screenings to storytelling, mural painting, and more… or just drop by anytime and come chill!
