Singapore’s one and only altruistic music festival that encourages giving and volunteerism through music is returning for its fourth edition from 3 – 4 August 2019 at OCBC Arena Park. This year, the festival is held as part of Youthx Festival, and promises to be bigger and better with a stellar all local line-up of 13 bands and artistes, alongside a collective of F&B vendors, entrepreneurs, organisations and sponsors coming together to raise awareness for the 16 featured social causes.
Get ready to embark on an exciting learning journey through art and interactive set-up by social causes and partners at the Interactive Zone, support local businesses and organisations in the Entrepreneur / Social Causes Zone and dance to Singapore’s best pop and indie acts in the Music Zone at MFAC19.
Participating social causes at MFAC19 include Alzheimer’s Disease Association (ADA), Babes, Our Singapore Reefs, Ground-Up Initiative, Noah’s Ark Cares and more! Pause For A Cause, Singapore’s first Cosplay volunteer group dedicated to making dreams come true with Cosplay will be at the festival to interact and educate visitors through the art of Cosplay. Operation Broken Wing, a regional fitness charity movement originating in Singapore dedicated to improving the lives of forgotten youth will be partnering Team Rumble to host a cross fit session on 3 August 2019; The Breathe Movement, a social organisation that seeks to increase the emotional and mental resiliency of individuals through the practice and philosophies of yoga will be collaborating with Eat Train Love to conduct two sessions of Yoga For A Cause to promote mindfulness as well as raise awareness for MFAC19’s beneficiaries on 4 August 2019.
