This Grand Prix Season, Temper Wine Room & Lounge invites guests to experience race week through exceptional wines, gastronomy and music. As part of Temper’s Feel The Speed programme, the two-night experience brings together carefully curated pours, an atmospheric setting and music, offering a more immersive way to experience the energy of Grand Prix Season.
For two nights only, Grand Prix: Grand Cru celebrates the world’s great wines, featuring three tasting flights curated by master sommelier Roberto Durán. Each flight presents a selection of three 125ml pours – a sparkling, white and red – showcasing benchmark producers, Grand Cru vineyards and some of the world’s most celebrated appellations. Guests may choose from three tiers, with increasingly rare and collectible selections from P3 ($138++) to P1 ($328++), offering flexibility to suit their preferences.
Highlights include the 2016 Château Qvintus, Grand Cru in P3, 2021 Clos de La Roche Grand Cru, Domaine Didier Amiot in P2, and 2016 Louis Roederer Cristal, Brut in P1.
Throughout the evening, local DJs Heavyitch, Titus, Ramesh, Hookstyle, Brendon P and KFC will soundtrack the experience through vinyl records, transforming dinner into an immersive celebration of wine, music and a timeless atmosphere.
