What do care, kacang puteh, and karaoke have to do with each other?
Come and find out in the second edition of CITRUS fest, where we are bringing together over 50 arts practitioners and workers who approach care as something that’s accessible, light and communal, and not just a ‘should do’ that feels heavy and burdensome.
Mix and match your desired flavours and textures across our 20 wide-ranging programmes over 10 days of the festival. Participate in sweet&spicy get-togethers to share a meal, play card games, or sing karaoke; crunchy workshops to bite into new ideas and frameworks; savoury conversations to sample different perspectives around care and wellbeing in the arts; and, last but not least, mystery sessions by our Huddle Puddle community of practice, who are imagining fresh possibilities to address gaps in Singapore’s arts ecosystem.
Too hot and just wanna cool down? Drop by 42 Waterloo Street–located within the Bras Basah.Bugis (BBB) arts and heritage precinct–and grab a drink, snack, and chill in the Rest & Digest Corner, where you can also browse materials from the festival’s programme line-up.
CITRUS fest 2026: Kacang Puteh, Care-Oke? is curated by ground-up arts collective CITRUS practices, commissioned by the Arts Resource Hub with support from the National Arts Council, and held in conjunction with the Singapore Night Festival.
