Revolving around the theme “bajama”, or the act of communal eating, this year’s repertoire features works by choreographers Davit Fitrik and Chiew Peishan. In “吃了吗?” (Eat with us), David Fitrik interprets this all-too-familiar greeting in Mandarin that inquires if one has eaten, while Chiew Peishan’s Peeling Us compares the human behaviour to that of an onion.
