1. Hop into Chinese New Year highlights
This year, Universal Studios Singapore celebrates Chinese New Year with a range of exciting activities for the entire family. Look forward to a daily ang pao giveaway from 22 to 30 Jan 2023, where you can collect red packets filled with goodies such as Universal Express passes, retail or food vouchers, plushies and more (while stocks last). At Hollywood Boulevard, look up to see the cherry blossom trees and snap a selfie while you’re there.
Meet your fave characters dressed in their Chinese New Year best. We’re talking about the Illumination’s Minions, DreamWorks Animation’s Po and Tigress from Kung Fu Panda, Sesame Street’s Elmo, Cookie Monster, Grover, Oscar and Abby and many more. Come nighttime, don’t miss the exciting Lo Hei show with Sesame Street characters and a lucky dragon dance show. Get your cameras ready for the pictures!
2. Enjoy an exciting sea dragon show and underwater mermaid tales

Dive into the festive season with 100,000 marine animals at S.E.A. Aquarium. Step inside to catch the sea dragon show, where you can see Singapore’s only underwater dragon dance. Curious about mermaids? Stick around for underwater tales told by Ru Yi the mermaid – your little ones will be fascinated. Journey through the Trail of Fortune to peek at animals like the foxface rabbitfish and learn how their unique traits make them symbols of auspiciousness!

Don’t leave without taking part in the meet and greet with the adorable Manta mascots, and exploring the aquarium’s stunning displays.
