Yule & Joyuex Noel at Manhattan
Make merry with Manhattan’s selection of five merry cocktails, available all December. The French-inspired Joyuex Noel boasts a blend of Michter’s Rye whiskey, white wine, dry vermouth, French toast syrup and chocolate bitters. Or sit back with Yule, crafted with Hendrick’s gin, Laird’s apple jack, port wine, Oloroso sherry, spiced syrup and cardamom bitters. The merry cocktails are priced from $24.
Side note: 3000 ($26) is not a Christmas cocktail per se but it sure gives us all the festive feels. The cocktail is inspired by Robert Downey Jr.’s iconic line “I love you 3000” from Avengers Endgame. Served warm, this dessert tipple reinvents Downey’s favourite Neapolitan ice cream with Flor de Cana 12 Year rum, chocolate and vanilla cream.
