Sip on a light and refreshing mix of osmanthus tea, amaro montenegro, citric acid solution, tonic water and of course, Hendrick’s Gin.

Unusual Eggnogg at Oxwell & Clan
Aside from a scrumptious festive feast, The Oxwell & Clan pop-up delivers a range of Christmas cocktails. There are Gin & Chronic and Choc’Mint Negroni ($16 each), the refreshing Spiced Pear Spritz ($12) and our fave – the Unusual Eggnogg ($12, which also comes in festive punch bowls at $60). Why unusual, you ask? Well, instead of the usual suspects like rum, bourbon or brandy, gin is used instead together with milk, honey, egg and allspice. Still just as delish…

3000 at Manhattan
Manhattan’s 3000 ($26) is not a Christmas cocktail per se but it sure gives us all the festive feels. The cocktail is inspired by Robert Downey Jr.’s iconic line, I love you 3000 from Avengers Endgame. Served warm, this dessert tipple reinvents Downey’s favourite Neapolitan ice-cream with Flor de Cana 12 Year Rum, chocolate and vanilla cream. The strawberry dust on top takes the form of Iron Man’s arc reactor but also screams Christmas to us.

Wind down from all the turkey and its trimmings with The Loco Group’s Cinnamon Lime Tommy Margarita ($18). You’ll definitely feel the buzz thanks to the Machetazo Wild Agave Mezcal and Arquitecto Tequila – and the cinnamon agave and aged orange bitters will remind you of mulled wine. Want more?
