Take one look at the signature carousel cake, and the charming design is sure to evoke childlike joy and wonder. Featuring 70% Grand Cru dark chocolate, aromatic Earl Grey milk chocolate and tangy forest berries marmalade jam, expect a jolly medley of flavours, punctuated with crunchy hazelnuts for a delightful texture. Get this culinary masterpiece as a whole 1kg cake ($85) for your Christmas get-together, or grab a slice ($8.50) to leave room for more feasting.

The white forest cake is another classic that is every bit reminiscent of a cosy snowed-in Christmas. Embellished with white snowflakes and sparkly silver balls, it features luscious white chocolate mousse and red wine-marinated cherry compote – all of which is elegantly enveloped in indulgent kirsch cream.
