T’s Tantan

Ahhh, the ever elusive dish that all veggies and vegans dream of – vegan ramen! Located inside JR Tokyo Station, T’s Tantan serves a wide range of tan tan noodles and ramens, including golden sesame and black sesame tan tan noodles, veggie tonkotsu ramen, shouya (soy sauce) ramen and more. The ramen broth is thick and scrumptious, yet completely MSG- and meat-free. It’s hands-down the best vegan ramen you can find in Tokyo.

They also have a fascinating dessert menu, in which you can find waffles, dairy-free parfaits and crepe cakes. And the service at Tubu Tubu (but this is Japan so that’s pretty much always the case) is excellent!
