The Boneless Kitchen
Having been a vegan for six years, I know how hard it is to find quality vegan Korean food in almost every country. As SIngapore’s first mealess Korean dining spot, The Boneless Kitchen manages to deliver some of the nicest Korean dishes I’ve ever tried. Whether it’s Kimchi Jjigae (spicy and sour kimchi stew), Jajangmyeon (black soy bean paste noodles), Mushroom Bokkeumbap (mushroom fried rice) or Dolsot Bibimbap (scorched rice with vegetables), they all score 10 out of 10.
