For the gourmet menu ($498 per person), patrons can choose from a curated selection of appetisers and mains, including grilled octopus, lump crab cake, USDA prime tenderloin, Australian lamb rack and more, and finish off the evening with a gorgeous red velvet lava cake.

This Valentine’s Day, Commissary will incorporate the idea of an American love affair to its menu ($788+10% per couple). For those who are looking for something bold and spicy, Chilli Fagara is known for crafting delectable Sichuan cuisine for the daring palate! The 3-course menu ($1388) includes a mouth-watering fresh crabmeat stuffed with crispy rice square, deep-fried bean curd with salted egg and Sichuan chillies, black truffle dried scallop fried rice, as well as its gorgeous spun sugar tree with glazed candied strawberry tanghulu – definitely a wonderful treat for this special day.

Café Gray Deluxe
Who can resist a candlelit dining experience at Café Gray Deluxe in The Upper House? Featuring a modern European four-course meal ($1,150 per person, 6-8pm) that includes seared tuna with garlic ponzu, oscietra caviar and seaweed oil, charred Patagonian toothfish with champagne froth and sweet potato-tangerine gnocchi and many more, you and your partner are guaranteed walking out the restaurant with a full belly. 1-Michelin-starred Tate Dining Room & Bar will offer a unique culinary interpretation of LOVE by Chef Vicky Lau this Valentine’s Day. The 9-part menu ($1980+10% per guest with the option of wine pairing at an additional $530 for three glasses or $880 for six glasses) features an Ode to Oyster with warm egg espuma, Oscietre Prestige caviar, fermented cabbage and fresh herbs, as well as the Ode to Kumquat, a warm sea scallop dish with aged kumquat Grenobloise-style sauce. Of course, what’s most extraordinary is its dessert – Ode to Red Fruit. Made of crispy yogurt meringue with raspberry sorbet and osmanthus white chocolate mousse, this definitely completes one of the sweetest Valentine’s Day dinners in Hong Kong.
