With burgers at Three Buns and dance music on the rooftop of Potato Head Singapore, this unique Sunday brunch in Singapore comes out on top as a full-on family-friendly affair
We get it: it’s hard enough getting up early on the weekend for brunch, let alone keeping the young’uns at bay while you’re trying to have some quality me-time. So what if we told you there was a new brunch party in Keong Saik that satisfies both your kids and your appetite for a chilled-out brunch? At Potato Head Singapore, it’s not too good to be true.
Dubbed Good Times (not to be confused with the hip-hop and bass-focused party series), this monthly, two-part, “Jekyll and Hyde-esque” event is suited to all you party animals, even if you have lil’ monsters in tow. Arrive as early as 11am, and you can tuck into brunch fare like waffles and burgers at the establishment’s Three Buns, for a bundle price of just $85 per family (limited to three kids under 10 years old; $10 for each additional child). Parents, there’ll be cocktails like Mimosas and Sangrias available ($15 each) too – perfect for unwinding as you watch your kids go wild with the kids’ activities.
So the lil’ ones have had their fun in the morning; now it’s your turn. From 1pm to 5pm, this brunch takes a twist with a boogie-friendly party on Potato Head Singapore’s rooftop. Resident DJ, Ulysses, will man the decks with selections of world music and reggae, making this fiesta a perfect daytime party to perk you up before ‘Mondaze’. And in case you were worried, this party is for adults only; no noisy rascals here!
Potato Head Singapore, 36 Keong Saik Road, Singapore 089143, p. 6237 1939. The next Good Times will happen on 9 July, 11am-1pm (family fun) and 1pm-5pm (adults only). Stay updated to Potato Head Singapore’s website for details on upcoming events.
