15 – 30 November
We’re sure you’ve heard of Sol & Ora – the newly-opened Mediterranean rooftop restaurant and day club perched atop The Outpost Hotel. This is your sign to pop by in November: it’s partnered with Bord Bia under the Savour Seafood Ireland campaign to showcase the best of Irish ocean catch across the span of two weeks. We tried the blue lobster cocktail and risotto, and enjoyed sweet and oh-so-generous chunks of lobster flesh in each serving. The former was light and refreshing, and the latter was deeply flavourful and buttery. You can bet it was a hit at our table. We washed it all down with tangy and refreshing cocktails like Summer Solstice and Amalfi Afterglow. Hot tip: Reserve a seat during golden hour for a delicious view of the sunset. You may even catch some fireworks after dark.
