What to expect on the menu

It’s been three years since we’ve had a taste of Park Bench Deli’s famed sandwiches, and we’re sure everyone will be scrambling to get their hands on one during the pop-up! This time, it’s setting up shop within the lush Dempsey enclave, thanks to a collaboration with the Como Group.
You can expect the same friendly hospitality from the original Park Bench Deli! The location will also boast touches of the brand’s signature aesthetic. This includes its iconic signboard, street art, and even skateboards that used to be on the walls of its Telok Ayer shop.
The menu is small but mighty, including favourites like:
- Pastrami Reuben ($34)
- Southern-style hot fried chicken ($28)
- Philly cheesesteak ($29)
- Broccoli falafel smash burger ($28)
- Sausage egg muffin ($15)
- PBD Big Breakfast ($30)
Sister concept Rosita’s Deluxe joins the fun

There’s more than brunch favourites when the weekend rolls around. The brand’s sister burger concept Rosita’s Deluxe kicks the evening into high gear with simple but satisfying burgers with a dive-bar spirit. Cheeseburgers come with smashed patties, double-stacked – a delight for hungry diners.
Go for the Rosita’s OG ($28) to keep things classic with ketchup, mustard, and chopped onions. Meanwhile, the Western burger ($30) has practically everything but the kitchen sink. Think bacon, blue cheese, barbecue sauce, and even an onion ring. Order a side of the garlic cheese fries ($16) to complete your meal!
A bangin’ drinks programme

Park Bench Deli’s return to Singapore’s food landscape definitely calls for a drink, alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available! Cocktails will be available all day – yes, even at 9am – and will be priced between $20 to $24. Options include Aperol spritzes, whisky highballs, Bloody Marys, and espresso martinis.
Wines by the glass go for $18, and will rotate to feature a diverse range of juicy reds, crisp whites, and more. Labels include the zesty Screaming Better and fruit-forward Halcyon Days. Asahi Super Dry, Pure Blonde, and Garage Project’s non-alcoholic beer will also quench your thrist and cut through the juicy, fatty burgers.
If it’s too early for drinks, fret not. You can score smoothies ($12) and cold-pressed juices ($11) like PB banana oat with honey and PBD green juice made from green apple, cucumber, celery, spinach, lemon, and ginger. If you need us, we’ll be caffeinating with the Big Kid iced mocha ($10) and PBJ cold brew latte ($10).
It’s time to game plan before you head down to Park Bench Deli’s pop-up! Send this to your brunch crew so you can get one of everything to try.
