Celebrate Christmas with new take-home launches
One Farrer Hotel is sharing the Yuletide cheer with Asian-inspired renditions of classic Christmas fare and other take-home treats, available from 26 October 2022 to 25 December 2022. Try the Hoisin barbecue turkey that’s marinated in a housemade Hoisin sauce and smoked to perfection. It’s served with creamy cheddar mashed potato, poached brussels sprouts and chestnut, with a tangy cranberry orange compote to complement the turkey. Prefer chicken? There’s a Hoisin barbecue chicken option with aromatic smokiness and tender flesh.
If you’re looking for One Farrer Hotel’s well-loved Christmas classics, rejoice, ‘cos its signatures are still on the menu. Think salt-encrusted turkey, roasted whole turkey with spices, and orange cinnamon glazed boneless ham.
You can’t miss desserts for the festive season! Bag home the gula melaka chestnut yule gateau for a delicately layered sponge cake with a locally-inspired flavour. For fans of chocolate, there’s also the chocolate hazelnut yule log and the chocolate orange stollen. Cookies and fruit cake are available, too.
Dine-in for a gourmet meal with festive feels
Welcome Christmas in style at One Farrer Hotel’s restaurants with festive dine-in menus, available from 4 November 2022 to 25 December 2022. Nest boasts an amazing view of the skyline and delectable offerings. On the five-course festive set menu, mains feature juicy Tajima wagyu and roasted roulade of turkey. Other highlights include the smooth duck liver terrine with port wine jelly, the succulent seared Hokkaido scallop, the delicate lemon sole and desserts like red velvet cheesecake or cheese sorbet cherry compote.
At Escape, look forward to the savoury sharing platter with succulent pork knuckle, spicy Szechuan spring chicken and cheesy sausage snails (also available separately). They’re all served with the restaurant’s signature sides and sauces for merry indulgence. For sweet tooths, end with Christmas fruit cake and rum ice cream or crepe suzette infused with whiskey.

From 27 December 2022 to 26 January 2023, you can get the Lunar New Year prosperity set for six. Start with the signature salmon yusheng with fresh strips of salmon and premium abalone. Tuck into the aromatic braised pork belly and luxurious pen cai for a celebration of spring. Complete the meal with stir-fried prawn with fried garlic, braised flower mushroom with fish maw and more.
