What is the exhibition about?

The exhibition is the latest project by Half, a homegrown platform dedicated to designing experiences that focus on wellness. Think meaningful engagement, personal growth, and authentic connection.
At its core, the Museum of Hidden Objects and Feelings is an interactive exhibition. It invites visitors to engage in a safe space and explore the quieter parts of themselves, with objects and stories that trace their innermost thoughts.
Half founders Rebekah Lin and Cynthia Chu decided to explore the topic of loneliness through this exhibit, as it’s a common feeling among people, but rarely discussed.
“Through engaging with the exhibits and stories of others, we hope visitors will be emboldened to face their innermost feelings and share their own stories in ways that build stronger bonds and improve wellbeing,” they said.
Key highlights at the exhibition

There will be eight tech-based and analogue booths at the Museum of Hidden Objects and Feelings. You’ll see objects and read stories shared by others who have navigated journeys of loneliness. Some exhibition highlights include:
Oneliness: A video compilation of stories by people exploring social connection and peace in solitude. You can capture your own loneliness on a mirror canvas.
The Museum of Hidden Objects & Feelings Display: A moving showcase of personal objects and stories from 12 contributors. You can add tracks to a communal and publicly available playlist.
The Cabinet of Emotions: A tactile installation where you explore your inner headspace and modes of expression.
ForWords: Complete the journey by writing letters to your future self or loved ones, which will be delivered in 2026 as a reminder of the experience. This is free for the public to participate in.
Psst: you can also redeem a free drink after getting all the stamps in your My MOHO Passport, which is given to you upon entry.
In an era where digital interactions are commonplace, the Museum of Hidden Objects offers a space to reflect and embrace loneliness, rather than brush it off.
