Join us for an evening of cryotherapy, red light therapy, sound healing and straight-talking advice on what’s actually worth the hype.
As longevity treatments become a bigger part of the wellness conversation, it can be hard to keep track of what each one actually does. At Wellness Talks: Longevity – What’s Actually Worth It?, HoneyGlow is partnering with The Longevity Suite Singapore for an evening where guests can try buzzy treatments including cryotherapy, red light therapy, AI wellness assessments and neuroacoustic sound healing, before hearing from Dr Cheryl Kam of Matrē, Dr Neil Forrest, Medical Advisor of The Longevity Suite Singapore, and Jacinda Yee, founder of Eywa. Together, they’ll unpack the fast-growing world of longevity and biohacking, while Jacinda brings the conversation back to everyday nourishment and the role whole foods can play alongside supplements and wellness interventions.
The idea is simple: come and try the longevity treatments everyone keeps talking about, then sit down with two doctors and ask the questions you actually want answered.

Try five longevity experiences for yourself

Before anyone tells you whether a treatment is worth it, we thought you should get to experience some of them first.
The main event runs from 6pm to 8pm, with five Longevity Lounge experiences available to all guests on a free-flow basis before and after the panel discussion.
There’s Compression Boot Recovery, a 10-minute session using sequential air compression; Local Cryo & Cryo Fast Recovery, which combines targeted cold exposure with connective tissue massage; and a 10-minute Red Light Therapy experience using portable near-infrared accessories.
Prefer something considerably less chilly? Settle in for Neuroacoustic Soundhealing, a sound-based experience designed to encourage a more relaxed state, or put yourself through The Longevity Suite AI Wellness Assessment, an AI-based screening that checks selected wellness markers in less than two minutes.
There’s no need to choose your experiences in advance. Simply head to whichever station is available, and if it’s occupied, move on to another and circle back later.
The experiences will run from 6pm to 6.30pm, pause during the talk, then reopen from 7.30pm to 8pm.
Want the full cold plunge-adjacent experience? There’s cryotherapy too
VIP ticket holders can take things a step further with a pre-booked Cryosuite Total Body session before the main event.
The 15-minute experience takes place in a compact cryochamber at temperatures between -85°C and -95°C. Sessions will run from 4pm to 6pm, with VIP guests assigned a specific appointment before joining everyone else for the main event at 6pm. (Medical and safety requirements apply to Cryosuite participation, and guests will need to complete The Longevity Suite’s required waiver before taking part.)
Don’t miss the chance to try the Cryosuite Total Body experience (worth $150), included exclusively with the $88 VIP ticket. You’ll also get access to all five Longevity Lounge experiences, the panel discussion, light bites, non-alcoholic drinks and networking.
Your longevity questions, answered

Trying the treatments is only half the evening. From 6.30pm to 7.30pm, all experiences will pause for a panel discussion featuring Dr Cheryl Kam of Matrē, Dr Neil Forrest, Medical Advisor of The Longevity Suite Singapore, Jacinda Yee, founder of Eywa, and a speaker from HSBC. Together, they’ll explore longevity from different angles, spanning medical interventions, everyday nourishment and the financial considerations that can come with planning for a longer life.
Rather than another conversation about squeezing every possible percentage point out of your health, we’ll be asking a more useful question: what is actually worth spending on?
Expect an honest discussion around longevity, recovery and biohacking, including where emerging wellness treatments might fit into a sensible routine – and where optimisation can start becoming unnecessary.
And because we know the best questions usually come from the room, there’ll also be an audience Q&A. If you’ve ever wondered whether cryotherapy is worth the price tag, whether red light therapy deserves a place in your routine, or how much attention you should really be paying to the longevity boom, this is your chance to ask.
Come for the treatments, stay for the conversation

The evening isn’t designed to feel like a conference. Registration begins at 6pm, with time to explore the Longevity Lounge experiences, grab some light bites from Eywa and The Plattering Co. and non-alcoholic drinks and meet other guests before the panel begins. After the discussion, the experiences reopen for another half-hour alongside networking until the event wraps at 8pm.
General Admission tickets are priced at $68 per person, with a duo ticket at $140 for two. Both include entry to the main event, access to all five free-flow Longevity Lounge experiences, the panel and audience Q&A, light bites, non-alcoholic drinks and networking.
VIP tickets are $88 per person and include all of the above, plus one pre-booked Cryosuite Total Body experience between 4pm and 6pm.
If you’ve been curious about longevity treatments but haven’t quite known where to begin, the evening offers an opportunity to experience several modalities in one place and hear medical professionals put them into context. From cryotherapy and red light therapy to neuroacoustic sound healing and AI wellness assessments, guests can explore some of the treatments shaping today’s longevity conversation first-hand.
