5. Enjoy a free Singapore River Cruise

Take a ride on a nostalgic bumboat (complete with rustic wooden seats and all), which sets off from Clarke Quay.
The 40-minute experience will bring you past landmarks like the Merlion, The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, and Marina Bay Sands. There’ll be an audio commentary playing, which is a great way for the kids to pick up tidbits on the history of Singapore.
