The three-course lunch set menu ($168++ per person) offers a leisurely midday escape, featuring delicate expressions such as Poached L’Antilope Normandy Oyster with kimchi granita and lychee, King Crab with scallop mousse and bouillabaisse emulsion, Miyazaki A4 striploin with horseradish purée and shiitake black garlic, and a refreshing finale of Opalys yuzu mousse with fermented strawberry and makgeolli sorbet.
For dinner, couples will enjoy a five-course set menu ($248++ per person), featuring Abalone soba mai juk with Jewon citron, Wild seabream with squid noodles and kimchi-jjigae foam, and Australian Wagyu short rib MB5 with horseradish purée and gochugaru veal jus.
