UFIT invites women of all ages to come together for an uplifting morning of movement, learning and community in their first-ever Women’s Wellness Festival, happening on Saturday, 9 May 2026 at UFIT Club Street Hub. In conjunction with the Mother’s Day weekend, the event features expert-led talks and accessible workouts designed to address the evolving needs of women across different life stages. $10 from every ticket sold will be donated to the Breast Cancer Foundation (BCF) to support women affected by breast cancer.
Led by UFIT’s integrated team of coaches and health professionals, with contributing speakers from Osler Health, attendees can choose from four specialised themes: Menopause, Cancer Recovery, Introduction to Strength Training, and Pre/Postpartum. The programme is dedicated to building strength, resilience and wellbeing, encouraging women and mothers alike to prioritise their health, and find strength in community.
Each ticket includes access to both a focused educational talk and a corresponding workout within the selected theme, allowing participants to gain both knowledge and practical skills most relevant to them. Additionally, the festival will feature partner booths spotlighting female-led businesses, goodie bags, and opportunities to connect with a like-minded community of women.
Tickets are $65 and available at UFIT’s website. (includes $10 donation to Breast Cancer Foundation)
