With indulgent spreads, exciting live stations and a host of roving servers dispensing gastronomic temptations, accompanied by free flow libations, pulsating music from the DJ and live performances from a 3-piece band – The Grand Champagne Brunch at 1-Atico is more than brunch. On Sunday, 21 September 2025, from 12pm to 3pm, 1-Atico transforms into the ultimate brunch destination, 218 meters above Orchard Road at the 55th and 56th levels of ION Orchard. In this unique rooftop destination housing a trio of distinct dining experiences – modern Argentinian asado FIRE, Singapore’s only Nikkei (Japanese-Peruvian) restaurant FLNT, and ATICO Lounge where panoramic views meet crafted cocktails – diners will be treated to a dazzling array of culinary delights highlighting the best of 1-Group’s signature restaurants from its iconic and heritage venues.
From 14 concepts come a veritable cornucopia of epicurean indulgences as well as free flow of fine Champagne, wine, and DIY cocktails offered in three savour and sip packages. The BRUT ($188++ per pax), which includes free-flow Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut, wines, and cocktails; an upgrade to CUVÉE ($228++ per pax) to include free-flow Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2016; and the GRAND CRU ($798++ per pax) – the pinnacle of luxury with free-flow Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015. Children can also partake in the brunch at $88++ per child aged 3 to 12 years old.
The lavish brunch features a Seafood Spectacular with half lobsters, live oyster shucking, and whole bluefin tuna carving from the 1-Altitude Coast Seafood Bar and Oumi. Explore a grand selection of Camille’s Charcuterie Selection, “5J” Jamon Iberico from UNA, artisanal cheese and fresh salads from Botanico and Sol & Luna alongside signature mains from 1-Group’s beloved MONTI, FIRE, 1-Alfaro, Kaarla and more. For a decadent finale, guests will be pampered by MONTI’s roving cannoleria, live-stations for Tiramisu and Matcha-misu, as well as other sweet treats.
While the free-flow service concludes at 3pm, the revelry continues with a la carte drink options and electrifying beats from international DJ Stephen Day, who takes over after a swinging 3-piece live band Veda9 and saxophonist.
