
Grand Hyatt Singapore launches its first Living Room Session, with an exclusive cheese experience by Patrice Marchand, Master Cheese Ager and sixth-generation co-owner of Les Frères Marchand, a revered French fromagerie established in 1880.
From Friday, 31 October 2025, to Saturday, 1 November 2025, Grand Hyatt Singapore will host the largest cheese buffet in Singapore, featuring 126 cheeses, selected by Patrice himself. Guests can savour unlimited servings for $65++ per person, with optional wine pairing add-ons to complement the experience.
In the spirit of the Grand Living Room, a convivial space where like-minded individuals gather over shared passions, the first Living Room Session will explore the art of wine and cheese pairing on 31 October 2025, from 6.45pm to 7.30pm. During the session, food writer Annette Tan (@fat_fuku), and Patrice Marchand will discuss the nuances of flavour, texture, and terroir in cheese selection.
All prices are subject to 10% service charge and 9% goods and service tax.
