The evening spotlights two pioneering guest bartenders from Penang, each bringing a distinct point of view to the glass. Chew Qing Ting of Steep Social is known for a style of mixology that is both thoughtful and joyful, with tea at the heart of her work, not as a trend, but as an ingredient shaped by patience and respect for origin. Joining her is Kar Ve, co-founder and creative force behind Biso, recognised for bold, layered flavours and a raw-ingredient approach that transforms culinary ideas into cocktails with intention and soul.
Across the night, enjoy nine exclusive cocktails priced at S$24 each, created through the lens of women-led creativity and NINE at CQ’s signature flavour-forward style. A live set by DJ Val, a Singapore-based open-format DJ, rounds out the atmosphere, bringing energy to a night designed to be as celebratory as it is meaningful.
