Natural Highs is a new series celebrating the many ways we can connect to wholeness and wellbeing.
For our first edition, we’re bringing Bali’s soul to Singapore with Raio & Sophie Sôfrēē, world-renowned musicians and resident facilitators from The Yoga Barn.
Together, they’ll guide a two-hour journey blending cacao, live music, song, dance, and sound; designed to awaken the heart, uplift the spirit, and bring you back to the wisdom of the body.
The evening unfolds as a mini retreat in the city; beginning with a cacao ceremony, flowing into ecstatic movement, vocal activation, and closing in deep stillness and integration.
Set within the newly launched Mandala Ballroom, this is a rare opportunity to experience the magic of Bali’s conscious community right here in Singapore.
We will move, release, connect, and remember what it feels like to be truly high on life.
✨ ABOUT THE FACILITATORS ✨
Sophie Sôfrēē is a ceremonialist, sonic weaver, Ecstatic Dance DJ and visual artist devoted to creating spaces where music becomes medicine. Through movement, ritual, and song, she awakens the body’s natural freedom and the heart’s innate desire to serve; guiding others into deeper connection with self, community, and the earth. Weaving a broad span of musical flavors ranging from ethnic african rhythms, cumbia, melodic ethnic house to funky spunky flavors. Blending this range of global dance tracks with her infectious energy and embodied feminine wisdom, she’s recognized for creating beautiful spaces for sacred celebration and healing.
Raio is a musician, DJ, and community builder whose sound lives where jungle meets ocean ~ blending deep beats, live vocals, and heart-centred lyricism that move both body and spirit. Together with his wife, Sophie Sôfrēē, he co-founded the Wakamaia School of Sacred Fun, sharing the art of Ecstatic Dance, sound healing, and cacao ceremony. A true tribe papa, he’s also an eco-community steward and co-founder of BaliSpirit and Colibri Spirit Festivals.
