LeVeL33 is marking Singapore’s 61st birthday with a special National Day dining experience, available exclusively on 8 and 9 August 2026. The pre-order-only four-course menu ($138++ per guest) celebrates familiar local flavours through LeVeL33’s signature ContemBrewery Cuisine philosophy, pairing Singapore-inspired dishes with brewery craftsmanship and panoramic Marina Bay views.
Highlights from the menu include New Zealand King Salmon Sashimi, Burrata with Curried Eggplant Chutney, and a choice between King Island Tenderloin or Aquna Murray Cod with Laksa-Infused Crustacean Emulsion, before concluding with desserts inspired by Southeast Asian flavours such as the Brown Butter Gula Melaka Cake and Mango Sorbet.
Guests can also enjoy LeVeL33’s August Cocktail of the Month, Kaya Toast Stout, available throughout August. Exclusively on 9 August, both the Kaya Toast Stout and Singapore Sling will be offered at a special celebratory price of $19++, inviting guests to toast Singapore’s 61st birthday.
