Museum of Ice Cream (MOIC) is turning four this September and is celebrating with a month-long line-up of sweet experiences. From hands-on ice cream making workshops with Denzy Gelato (8-13 Sep 2025), to Asia’s largest Sprinkle Pool takeover at Dempsey Hill as part of the Singapore Food Festival (13-14 Sep 2025), and a disco party (20 Sep 2025), there’s something for everyone!
MOIC Ice Cream Making Workshops
Learn through play this September school holidays as MOIC brings back its signature Ice Cream Making Workshop! In partnership with homegrown gelato brand Denzy Gelato, children and ice cream lovers of all ages are invited to indulge in an experiential workshop that is designed to celebrate curiosity and creativity.
Happening on 8, 10, and 13 September 2025 at MOIC, guests can learn how to create Denzy Gelato’s signature sugar-alternative ice cream at home without compromising on taste. Guided by MOIC’s Scoop Professors, guests will also discover fun facts about the history and science behind the world’s favourite treat. Whipped up after a months-long process, pick from five flavours that include Alphonso Mango Sorbet, Chrysanthemum Goji, and Black Sesame, all containing 71% less sugar and packed with prebiotic fibres.
With 4 classes taking place at 11am, 12.15pm, 2pm, and 3.15pm, each participant will receive a Scoop Master certificate upon completion, and entry to Museum of Ice Cream’s deliciously themed exhibits where unlimited sweet treats await!

Sprinkle Pool takeover at Dempsey Hill
Add a splash of fun to your weekend on the 13 and 14 September 2025 from 2pm till 8pm as the Singapore Food Festival takes over Singapore’s premier lifestyle destination with the Dempsey Palate. Everyone is invited to dive into MOIC’s iconic Sprinkle Pool for an experience unlike any other.
That’s not all, beat the heat with delicious treats from MOIC’s iconic pink ice cream cart! Scoop up the creamiest morsels with flavours such as Double Chocolate, Tahitian Vanilla, Alphonso Mango Sorbet and Hazelnut Latte before snapping a photo to commemorate the experience.
Let the creative juices flow and bring home an adorable souvenir with MOIC’s Squishy Painting Workshop. End the day on the sweetest of highs with a year-long MOIC membership (worth $98) available to be won! Taking place at 4pm daily, simply “Guess The Flavour” by guessing existing ice cream flavours currently available at MOIC with one lucky participant winning each day!

Bust out the moves and flow with the groove as MOIC celebrates four sweet years with the ultimate anniversary party! Happening on 20 September 2025 from 5pm till 10pm at MOIC’s Dessert Bar, MOIC makes it a night filled with art, disco beats, and irresistible treats.
Feel the disco fever as MOIC teams up with 5210 Music Collective, Singapore’s next-gen DJ crew who turned their bedrooms into dance floors and rewrote the rules of partying; and Wild Pearl, an independent music studio that spreads joy through their shared love for music, sustainability, and a banging good time!
