
Mumbai Mayhem takes centre stage at MOGĀ through an epic collaboration with Bombay Daak for a one-night-only takeover on 21 February 2026.
Headlining the evening is Chef Niyati Rao, Head Chef of Bombay Daak, with accolades from The Best Chef Awards 2025, appearances across Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants and The World’s 50 Best, as well as a tour at a three-Michelin-starred restaurant in Copenhagen. She joins forces with MOGĀ’s Head Chef Leon Quek, bringing together Japanese precision and the soulful, unfiltered spice of Bombay. Behind the bar, Head Mixologist Yatish of Bombay Daak brings the bold, unapologetic energy of Mumbai’s drinking culture to MOGĀ, serving spirited pours that are as expressive as they are unrestrained.
