For one night only, Cygnet Bar at QT Singapore transforms into a spirited outpost of Hong Kong’s Bar Leone — crowned No.1 on The World’s 50 Best Bars 2025. On 8 May, from 6 PM, co-founder Lorenzo Antinori steps behind the bar, bringing his signature blend of effortless hospitality, Italian charm and world-class technique to the city.
Expect a tightly curated menu of Bar Leone signatures, from the Fig Leaf Negroni to the Olive Oil Sour and Caffè Paradiso, alongside three Singapore-exclusive creations crafted with Another Hendrick’s Gin.
Beyond the cocktails, Cygnet’s signature bar bites will be in rotation, from indulgent lobster rolls and jamón bikini sandwiches to truffle fries and elevated snacks made for sharing. It’s a night that leans into energy, flavour and a little theatre at the bar.
