Level33, the world’s highest microbrewery in a building, will be presenting “6 Shades of Grapes”, a one-night-only Chardonnay pairing dinner taking place on 18 April 2026 at 7pm.
The six-course experience explores Chardonnay across six distinct expressions spanning France, Italy, New Zealand and South Africa, structured as a progression from sparkling to Old World and New World styles. Each wine is paired with Level33’s ContemBrewery cuisine to highlight how the grape’s structure and character evolves across the menu.
The line-up includes wines such as Champagne Barons de Rothschild Blanc de Blancs NV and Daniel Dampt & Fils Chablis, alongside selections from Italy, New Zealand and South Africa.
