
For two nights only on 29th and 30th October, two of Singapore’s most beloved pizzerias, La Bottega Enoteca and Fortuna, will come together with Roman pizza legend Jacopo Mercuro of 180 GRAMMI (Rome) for a first-of-its-kind Italian pizza collaboration.
Guests can look forward to a 7-course degustation celebrating Italian craftsmanship and dough artistry, featuring Mercuro’s signature creations such as the Sampietrino (a golden fried cube inspired by Italy’s supplì and arancini), Pizza e Coda, and the indulgent Mont Blanc pizza with tonka bean chantilly, chestnut jam, and rosemary meringue.
Recently ranked #29 in 50 Top Pizza World 2024, Mercuro is known for his revival of Rome’s iconic thin and crispy pizza, disco basso e scrocchiarello, bringing his modern take on Roman flavours to Singapore for the first time.
Optional wine pairing is available at La Bottega at $30 for two glasses, featuring Prosecco, Pinot Grigio, Nero d’Avola, or Chianti.
