The third chapter of A Slice of Spain in Singapore takes us north to Galicia — a region known for its dramatic Atlantic coastline, incredible seafood, vibrant wine culture and deep-rooted traditions.
For this edition of La Barra de Carlitos, the team will bring Galicia to life through a lively evening of Galician tapas, regional wines, Estrella Galicia and traditional drinks, alongside live music and plenty of Spanish spirit.
Expect the flavours of the coast, glasses of Albariño, and a few Galician traditions you may not have experienced before — including the spectacular Queimada, a traditional fiery punch ritual brought to life at the bar.
The evening will also feature live music and lucky draws, with plenty of opportunities to eat, drink, sing along and celebrate together.
