
SKIRT’s open-fire kitchen takes centre stage this season with festive à la carte offerings from 22 December to 4 January 2026, and limited-edition set menus available on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve. Highlights include Grilled King Crab & Avocado Salad, Dry-Aged Barramundi, Cubano Iberico Pluma, and for the indulgent, savour the Wood-fired Australian Wagyu Tenderloin at a $30 supplement.
Dessert arrives in the form of a Berries Panna Cotta with champagne jelly and mascarpone ice cream, followed by a selection of petit fours. Guests may also opt for curated two or three glasses wine pairings.
