
On 16 April, Moutarde at WEAVE, Resorts World Sentosa presents an exclusive one-night-only wine dinner hosted by Chef Paul Pairet and award-winning sommelier Xavier Thuizat. Designed as a journey through Pairet’s culinary career, experience dishes that span decades and cities – from Paris and Istanbul to Shanghai – thoughtfully paired with a curated beverage programme curated by Thuizat across Champagne, sake, cider and fine wines.
