
In partnership with The Positive Movement, Cultivating Resilience in Youths is a two-day June holiday camp designed to support youths aged 13–16 in building emotional resilience, self-awareness, and practical coping strategies for every day challenges.
Led by certified resilience practitioners from The Positive Movement, participants will learn to:
– Navigate stress, emotions, and overthinking through practical emotional regulation strategies and guided experiences.
– Build confidence and self-awareness through reflection, peer interaction, and resilience-building activities.
– Develop practical coping strategies for everyday challenges with support from certified resilience practitioners.
Date: Thursday–Friday, 18–19 June, 2026 or Tuesday–Wednesday, 23–24 June, 2026
